Tile & Accessories:
Tile pricing varies drastically—from $2/sq ft to $500+/sq ft. For most modern showers featured on our site, you’ll see tile in the $5-$25 per square foot price range. Accessories like soap dishes, niches, and benches add a few hundred to a thousand each for labor and materials. Specialty materials such as natural stone, glass tiles, small mosaics, mixed metals and decorative installation patterns will increase costs.
Building & Remodeling Permits:
Some projects, municipalities and cities require building permits, typically ranging from $300–$2,000, depending on your location and the project value. We will handle all aspects of the permitting process for you.
Shower Glass Frameless Euro Styles:
Our frameless glass shower panels usually fall between $2,500–$3,500, paid directly to our trusted glass vendors. Glass treatments such as frosting, textures, privacy stripes, etching or rain glass will cost more.
